Welcome to CASA ROJA JEWERLY (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.casarojajewelry.com and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Availability

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change.
We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but slight variations may occur (e.g., handcrafted items).
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and may offer alternatives or a refund.

Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in EUR/RON, inclusive/exclusive of VAT depending on your location and our tax status.
Any delivery charges will be clearly displayed before checkout.
Payment must be made in full before we dispatch your order.
We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Shipping and Delivery

All of our jewelry pieces are handmade. We do not maintain large stocks in order to preserve the uniqueness and quality of each item.
If the selected piece or size is in stock, we will ship your order within 2 business days.
If the item is not available in stock, we will craft it especially for you. This process may take up to 10 business days before shipping.
Estimated delivery times (shown at checkout) apply after dispatch, and may vary depending on the destination and courier.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email is sufficient) before the withdrawal period expires.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You will bear the cost of return shipping.
We will reimburse all payments received (excluding delivery costs, if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Exceptions: Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.

Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not use or reproduce it without permission.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
EU consumers may also rely on mandatory consumer protection rights under their local laws.
