Refund policy

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
• To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email is sufficient) before the withdrawal period expires.
• You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You will bear the cost of return shipping.
• We will reimburse all payments received (excluding delivery costs, if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
• Exceptions: Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.

The product must be returned in impeccable condition, including the original labels. Exchanges or returns beyond this stipulated period will not be accommodated.

We retain the discretion to decline returns that do not adhere to these conditions, with notifications promptly communicated via email.

All sales of items with special discounts or items purchased with a coupon code are not subject to exchanges or returns.
